cyberphoton wants every learner to understand refund eligibility, timelines, and the support process before enrolling.
You may be eligible for a full refund when the request is submitted within 7 days of purchase, less than 25% of the course has been completed, no certificate has been issued, and the course was purchased directly through cyberphoton.
Requests outside these criteria may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Email info@cyberphoton.com with the subject line Refund Request. Include your full name, registered email, order or transaction ID, and a brief reason for the request.
Our team reviews refund requests within 3-5 business days. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Courses where more than 25% of the content has been accessed, bundle or promotional purchases, active subscription fees, accessed downloadable resources, and certification exam fees are not eligible for refunds.
If you are not satisfied with a course but do not want a refund, you may request a transfer to another course of equal or lesser value within 14 days of purchase.
Each purchase is eligible for one transfer. If the replacement course costs more, the difference must be paid before access is granted.
